I am thrilled to announce an incredible collaboration with chef Laura Bronkers from Casa di Yoga as we prepare for an enriching experience at our upcoming retreat set in the breathtaking region of Puglia, Southern Italy, in September 2024.

Laura, the "culinary goddess" at Casa Di Yoga, will be crafting fresh and nourishing plant-based meals that will tantalize your taste buds and complement the serene surroundings of our retreat.

Our retreat will take place in a charming old Masseria, just a short 5-minute stroll from the pristine white sandy beaches on the Ionian Sea. The house has 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. For this retreat, we can host up to 10 guests. This eco-friendly setting provides the perfect backdrop for our wellness activities, creating an environment that fosters relaxation, self-discovery, and time away from the demands of daily life.

• Daily Pilates and Restorative Yoga practices;

• 1 to 1 Yoga & Pilates sessions available on requests;

• 3 daily meals prepared by chef Laura Bronkers, using locally sourced ingredients to provide an authentic taste of Puglia;

• Massages and therapies available on request;

• Pasta-making workshop with a local nonna;

• Leisure time to explore the enchanting surroundings, including the nearby beaches and the rich cultural heritage of Puglia.
