The practice I teach incorporates also breathing techniques and meditation and it is open to all levels of practice at a pace that suits the individual.
The Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer, the Tower, and the Wunda Chair uses a system of springs and pulleys to simultaneously lengthen and strengthen the muscles, as well as to improve joint flexibility and stability.
The apparatus can be adjusted to best suit each individual and helps you to find and develop your core by working with you, as your own muscles.
The apparatus is also particularly indicated for people with injuries or medical conditions, mature clients, and pregnancy because it provides greater support to the body.
