Restorative Yoga

Unwind your busy day through an hour-long relaxation, breathing techniques, and stillness. This class is as indulging as the name suggests and focuses on restoring and rebalancing your energy and overall well-being.
Restorative Yoga is made of passive poses, using the support of props to invite the body to completely let go of tension and relax. This practice is particularly indicated for stress management and mental health.

Pilates Apparatus

The Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer, the Tower, and the Wunda Chair uses a system of springs and pulleys to simultaneously lengthen and strengthen the muscles, as well as to improve joint flexibility and stability.
The apparatus can be adjusted to best suit each individual and helps you to find and develop your core by working with you, as your own muscles.
The apparatus is also particularly indicated for people with injuries or medical conditions, mature clients, and pregnant wowen because it provides greater support to the body.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga consists of a series of movements, each linked to another using the power of the breath and creative sequencing but still with great attention to alignment and safe form.
The practice I teach incorporates also breathing techniques and meditation and it is open to all levels of practice at a pace that suits the individual.
