Spring Renewal Weekend Retreat
13th-16th March 2025
At Arnewood Manor, Sway, New Forest
As we say goodbye to the sun-drenched days of summer and welcome the crisp, golden beauty of autumn, it's the perfect time to set new intentions. September brings fresh energy — a moment to reset and create healthy habits to support the change of season. Do you have your mid-year intentions set yet? With kids returning to school and life settling into a familiar routine, there’s still a gentle sense of reminiscence and nostalgia for the summer memories we've just made. With the first turning of the leaves, autumn offers a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect, and nurture ourselves as we prepare for the colder months ahead. It's a time to embrace stillness and self-care, while perhaps already indulging in daydreams about next year’s adventures and musings. With this in mind, I would like to share an exciting offering for the new year ahead: a spring weekend retreat to help you embrace the new season with intention right here in the UK.
Join me for a rejuvenating long weekend in the beautiful New Forest. We’ll stay in a beautiful manor house, surrounded by peaceful countryside and just a stone’s throw from the charming town of Lymington and the Dorset coast. This retreat is designed to help you shake off the winter slumber, reconnect with yourself, and welcome the vibrant energy of spring. A weekend dedicated to:
-Connection with yourself and other like-minded people;
