Service Description
Unwind your busy day through an hour long relaxation, breathing techniques and stillness. This class is as indulging as the name suggests, and focuses on restoring and rebalancing your energy and overall wellbeing. Restorative Yoga is made of passive poses, using the support of props to invite the body to completely let go of tensions and to relax. This practice is particularly indicated for stress management, and mental health.
This class is open to all levels. No yoga experience required. I will offer modifications to cater for all abilities. Please have a mat ready and 2 blankets, a scarf, 1 or 2 thick sleeping pillows, a towel to use under your head or back for extra support. If you have yoga props use blankets, 1 bolster, 1 eye pillow, 1 yoga block, and 1 yoga brick.
