Service Description

Pilates is a great technique to improve your posture, increase flexibility and strength focusing on core stability and spine mobility. This class is open to all levels. I will offer modifications to cater for all abilities. Please have a mat ready and a blanket or towel to use under your head or back for extra support. No props are required, but if you have a small ball or resistance band I will show variations to do with the props.
