Nourish & Restore

10th- 13th October 2024

An Autumn Weekend Retreat at Casale Langhe Serole, Piedmont, Northern Italy.

I am delighted to share the news of my upcoming "Nourish & Restore" retreat, set in the breathtaking Alta Langa hills of Piedmont, Northern Italy.
This exclusive long autumn weekend is thoughtfully designed to cultivate awareness, calm the senses, and help us attune to the cooler and slower season ahead.

We'll be staying at Casale Langhe Serole, a charming farmhouse nestled in a serene, rural spot. Here, we'll indulge in mindful movement and experience the harmonious resonance of Tibetan singing bowls and gongs during our soothing sound-healing session with a guest music therapist.

We'll savor nourishing meals lovingly prepared by our amazing cook, and the evenings will be spent gathered around the fireplace with like-minded individuals, fostering a true sense of community.
This retreat is all about syncing with the turning of the season. Learn to slow down, nourish yourself, and embrace the art of letting go, aligning with autumn’s natural rhythm.

To keep the retreat unique, bespoke, and intimate, this opportunity is open to only 6 people.
